    Obtained permission to manufacture hunting guns from the Ministry of International Trade and Industry following the ban on gun production in Japan. Resume production of hunting guns.

    Changed company name to Miroku Co., Ltd. At the same time, Miroku Seisakusho Co., Ltd. was established through a decentralization-type new company split by holding company method. The new company succeeds all of the sales.

    Started production of "X‒BOLT".

    50th anniversary of sales and technology partnership with Browning (US)
